Please schedule reservations either via telephone at (602)529-4563 during regular business hours.  You can also make a reservation at

Each customer must submit payment 3 days before traveling.  
Payments can be make in the form of a money order payable to Linking Transportation Service, LLC.  You can also pay by debit or credit card over the phone or in person.

Proper Identification
No one over the age of 18 will be allowed to travel to any Correctional Facilities without proper Identification (state ID or Drivers Lisc).  Birth certificates are required for children under the age of 18.  You must show Valid ID before entering the van.

Pick ups and Drop offs
Linking Transportation will arrive at the centralized pick up locations according to the schedule times.  We will allow a 10-min grace period, please plan to arrive at your pick up point early.  The van will depart exactly 10 minutes after the scheduled time.  We will not be held liable for anyone arriving after the grace period.  NOR WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED IF YOU SHOW UP 10 MIN AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME.

No-Show and Late arrivals
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or if you miss the van due to your own lateness and negligence

Van departures
We will depart each  institution at the scheduled time no exceptions.  However we allow a 10 minute grace period, please be prepared to board the van promptly at the end of your visit.  Please depart the visitation room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Visitation Denial/Early Termination
Our responsibility as a transportation company is to transport you, safely, to and from the facilities.  Linking Transportation Service is not responsible or held liable for denial into any facility or early termination.  If you are denied access into any department of corrections facility or your visit is terminated early because of overcrowding or any other reason, you will be responsible for transporting yourself to a safe location until the scheduled departure time.  REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR VISITS THAT ARE TERMINATED EARLY.

Passenger Seating
Passenger seating is limited.  If you do not have a reservation, you will not be allowed access to the van.  Adults with accompanying children are expected to occupy the seat beside their children.  Passengers must occupy the same seat going and returning from the correctional facility.

 Arizona's new booster seat provision was enacted, requiring children younger than 8 years old or less than 4 feet 9 inches tall to sit in a proper child safety seat, such as a booster seat, when riding in a vehicle.  Arizona law further requires children ages 8 years to 18 years old to use a seat belt whenever they are in a vehicle, regardless of seating position.

Please understand you will not be allowed to travel with out the appropriate car seat.  We have car seats available for use upon request.  Please be sure to specify if you need a car seat for traveling purposes when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation for any reason, however in order to receive a full refund you must cancel 3 days prior to your scheduled trip date by calling our office at (602) 529-4563.  If you do not cancel 3 (three) days prior to your trip you will not receive a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS!

If for any reason, we cancel a trip, you will receive notice from one of our representatives.  At the time, you will be notified of the next trip date.  Trips with less than 6 passengers may be canceled.

PLEASE NOTE: Payments received are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they meet the criteria of the cancellation policy.

Disorderly Conduct
We will not tolerate disorderly conduct under any circumstances.  The following are basis for refusal of future service and removal from the vehicle by the driver or proper authorities:

1. Foul or abusive language
2. Endangering yourself or other passengers
3. Any other behavior that is disruptive

In the event that any of the cases stated above and your removed from the vehicle, It will be your sole responsibility to obtain alternative transportation and your reservation will be deemed terminated.  You will not be issued a refund.

Illegal Drugs/smuggling
The safety and well being of our passengers is our concern.  Linking Transportation Service fully cooperates with routine and random drug inspections of our vehicles.

If any passenger is found with drugs or drug paraphernalia on one's person, they will be arrested and detained at the institution.  If any drugs or drug paraphernalia are found inside/outside the van.  Everyone will be denied entrance into the institution.  So please be considerate of other passengers.  In the event you are found with drugs you will not be permitted to use our services.

PLEASE NOTE: If Linking Transportation Service is denied access due to failure of a drug search, we will not issue refund to any passengers, NO EXCEPTIONS! 

We will cease all services due to inclement weather or if a State of Emergency is declared.  Upon the state declaration of a weather emergency, including prohibition of vehicles on highways, we will inform you of trip cancellations.  We will also mail you a travel voucher redeemable on your next reserved trip.

In order to gain access to visitation,  you are required to comply with AZ Department of Corrections dress code policy.  For more information on what is and what is not allowed please log on to for more information.

Smoking, Food and Drinks
Smoking is prohibited on our vehicles.  A small snack and close-able beverage may be consumed, but please be sure to clean up after yourself before exciting the vehicle.  Alcoholic beverage consumption is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
